Easy Strawberry Lassi Recipe
12-14 frozen strawberries
1 tsp crushed cardamom
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
3 tbsp honey or sugar
2 fresh sliced strawberries (for garnish - optional)
Add all the ingredients in a blender (except the sliced strawberries which we will use for garnish).
Blend until smooth, roughly 45 seconds.
Pour into a glass, put the sliced strawberry on the edge of the glass. Serve with a straw and enjoy on a beautiful hot day as a drink or a dessert.
