Method |
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 3. Mix together butter and brown sugar until creamy. 4. Beat in eggs, vanilla and orange extracts until combined, around 1 minute. 5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. 6. Add chocolate chips and mix well. 7. Take 1 heaped tablespoon of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets. 8. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-9 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown, leave on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, repeat the process (steps 7 and 8) on the second baking sheet. 9. Move to cooling racks and cook completely before storing. |
